How do I order and pay for my Property Certificates?

Step 1
Enter the address of the residential property requiring the Property Certificates. If you need services for more than one residential property then please add each property address separately and "Add To Cart" separately. You will have to click the "Reset Form" button to clear previous property details.

Step 2
Please enter the details of your Tenant if applicable so we can arrange a convenient time to carry out the services you require. Leave blank if this is not applicable to your situation.

Step 3
Select the Property Certificates required by ticking the relevant boxes (at least one box must be ticked) and click "Add To Cart" button.

Step 4
Go to "Checkout" and enter your personal details and credit/debit card details. You DO NOT need a Paypal account to make your payment. A transaction fee of £3.00 is automatically added to your order. VAT at 20% will be added to your order at "Checkout" before you are committed to purchasing.

Step 5
A receipt will be sent to the email address you supplied at "Checkout". We will contact you within 48 hours to arrange a convenient date and time to carry out the services you require.
